How are managers trained to support the implementation process?

Managers are taught how to coach and manage the concepts and tools in the Science of Selling® program during a Managers Coaching Workshop. The coaching workshop is typically delivered as a half-day instructor-led program by a SRI consultant. There are also options for in-person consulting services and web-based support programs.
