How are managers trained to support the implementation process?

Managers are taught how to coach and manage the concepts and tools in the Integrate System during a Managers Coaching Workshop. The coaching workshop is typically delivered as a half-day, instructor-led program by a SRI consultant. Ongoing coaching programs designed to help managers execute change initiatives are also available.
